PropellerAds is documented at $1–3 RPM at low traffic volumes — that's barely above doing nothing. Monumetric outperforms AdSense, which itself beats PropellerAds at comparable traffic. If you have 10k pageviews and a mainstream site, choosing PropellerAds over Monumetric is leaving real money on the table every single month.

Monumetric's 10k pageview floor is a real gate — if you're at 8k, you're out. PropellerAds has no meaningful minimum, which sounds like a feature until you realize it's because they're targeting publishers everyone else rejected.
